36B Production of identity card

S. 36B(1) substituted by No. 51/2024 s. 13.

(1) In the course of performing a function or exercising a power under this Part, an inspector must, if requested to do so by a person affected by the performance of the function or exercise of the power, produce the inspector's identity card for inspection by the person, unless to do so would defeat the purpose for which the function or power is to be performed or exercised.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
