35U Offence to prevent another person from complying
A person must not prevent, directly or indirectly, a person from—
(a) attending before a licensing inspector; or
(b) producing to a licensing inspector any document, equipment, tobacco product, vaping goods or other thing; or
(c) answering any question of, or supplying any information to, a licensing inspector—
when that person is required to do so under this Division.
