35B Decision‑making guidelines

(1) The Minister may issue decision‑making guidelines in respect of the licensing of tobacco supply businesses, including in relation to the enforcement functions of the Regulator and licensing inspectors associated with that licensing.

(2) Decision‑making guidelines issued by the Minister under this section must be published in the Government Gazette.
