Tasmania regulation
This order makes specified amendments to the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 part of the authorised (consolidated) version of that Act and brings those amendments into force on the day the notice appears in the Gazette (s2, s4–s5). It therefore changes the legal text that persons and agencies subject to the Principal Act must follow; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania administers the order.
