Tasmania regulation
This Order amends the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 by incorporating amendments into the Act’s authorised text (s3; s4–6). It takes effect on Gazette notification (s2) and is administered by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. It therefore changes the legal obligations of persons and organisations regulated by the Principal Act, but the Order does not publish the substantive amendment text or any cost or compliance detail—those must be read in the authorised Act.
