Tasmania regulation
This Order sets the short title, makes the instrument take effect on the day it is notified in the Gazette, and records that amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995. It is administered by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. The Order itself creates no new duties or fees; people and businesses governed by the Principal Act must consult the updated authorised Act to see any changed legal obligations.
