This Order updates the authorised text of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 by incorporating the amendments made by this instrument. It takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette.
It is administered by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. The Order alters which version of the Act is the authorised text relied on by government and users of the Act; it does not itself set out new substantive protections.
