Tasmania regulation
This Order updates the legal text of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 by incorporating specified amendments into the authorised version of that Act. It takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Order governs how the Principal Act operates and therefore affects persons and agencies bound by that Act. The Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment administers the Order (notified 24 November 2021).
