60 Availability of listing criteria, decisions, &c., for inspection

[Section 60 Amended by No. 64 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2002] The Secretary must make available for inspection at the principal office of the Department and at such other offices as the Secretary considers appropriate without charge during normal office hours–

(a) the listing criteria; and

(b) the Minister's decisions and reasons for listing; and

(c) any listing statement; and

(d) any recovery plan or threat abatement plan; and

(e) any determination of a critical habitat; and

(f) a copy of a public authority management agreement; and

(g) SAC's preliminary recommendation on nominations for listing; and

(h) any reports of CRC.
