33Terms of interim protection orders

### 33 Terms of interim protection orders > An interim protection order may be subject to such terms and conditions as are specified in the order and may provide for all or any of the following: > > > > (a) the protection and management of flora, fauna and the land within the habitat which is the subject of the order; > > > > > (b) the prohibition or regulation of any activity which takes place on the land or the use and management of the land within the habitat which is the subject of the order; > > > > > (c) the prohibition, regulation and management of any activity which takes place outside the habitat which is the subject of the order but which is likely to affect the habitat adversely; > > > > > (d) a requirement to undertake works or activities specified in the order; > > > > > (e) the issue of permits; > > > > > (f) compensation payable under [section 45](#GS45@EN) .
