24 Amendment and revocation of determinations
(1) [Section 24 Subsection (1) amended by No. 64 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2002] The Secretary may amend or revoke a determination.
(2) The procedures applicable to the making of a determination apply to –
(a) an amendment of a determination; or
(b) the revocation of a determination.
