### 17 Consideration of nomination by SAC > > (1) SAC must consider each nomination as soon as practicable after it has been made. > > > (2) SAC may reject a nomination if – > > > > > > (a) the subject of the nomination is already listed; or > > > > > > > (b) the nomination is vexatious; or > > > > > > > (c) the nomination is not in the prescribed form. > > > (3) If SAC rejects a nomination under this section, it must notify the Minister and nominator of the rejection and give reasons for it.
