#### 34 Functions of RICG 34 Functions of RICG > > (1) RICG has the function of consulting with and making recommendations to Racing NSW on matters concerning horse racing in the State. > > > (2) Recommendations made by RICG to Racing NSW are to be made in writing and tabled at the next meeting of Racing NSW or may be presented in person at that meeting by the Chairperson of RICG. > > > (3) Racing NSW is to respond to RICG in writing in relation to any such recommendations within a reasonable time after they are received.
