#### 29L Appeal or review on procedural grounds 29L Appeal or review on procedural grounds > For the purposes of this Division, an appeal against, or a review of, a decision on procedural grounds is an appeal or review— > > > (a) on the grounds that any procedure required to be followed by this Act in connection with the making of the decision was not properly followed, or > > > (b) on the grounds of denial of procedural fairness in connection with the making of the decision. > > **s 29L:** Ins 2008 No 63, Sch 1 \[28\].
