sec.5 Executed agreement to have force of law
Upon the making of the railway agreement the provisions thereof shall have the force of law as though the railway agreement were an enactment of this Act. The Governor in Council shall by proclamation notify the date of the making of the railway agreement. The railway agreement was made on 13 May 1965 (see proc pubd gaz 22 May 1965 p 528). (sec.5-ssec.1) Upon the making of the railway agreement the provisions thereof shall have the force of law as though the railway agreement were an enactment of this Act. (sec.5-ssec.2) The Governor in Council shall by proclamation notify the date of the making of the railway agreement.
