31 Application of this Part
This Part applies to an advertisement about therapeutic goods that is, or comprises, price information: (a) in relation to medicines that are registered goods and contain a substance included in Schedule 3, 4 or 8 to the current Poisons Standard (but not included in Appendix H of the current Poisons Standard); and (b) published or disseminated to the general public.
