14 Application of this Part
This Part does not apply in relation to: (a) labels of therapeutic goods; or (b) consumer medicine information; or (c) instructions for use; or (d) patient information leaflets; or (e) advertisements about therapeutic goods that comprise one or more of the following: (i) the name of the goods; (ii) a pictorial representation of the goods; (iii) the price of the goods; (iv) the point of sale of the goods; and does not refer, expressly or by implication, to a claim relating to therapeutic use.
