12 Advertising to children
(1) This section does not apply to labels of therapeutic goods. (2) An advertisement about therapeutic goods must not be directed to children aged under 12 years. (3) An advertisement about therapeutic goods may only be directed to children aged 12 years and over if: (a) both of the following are satisfied: (i) the goods are mentioned in an item in Annexure 1; and (ii) the conditions (if any) for that item are met; and (b) the goods do not contain a substance included in Schedule 2, 3, 4 or 8 to the current Poisons Standard.
