6 Classes of medical devices and biologicals

In this instrument: (a) a reference to a medical device of a particular class is a reference to a medical device classified as that class under Division 3.1 of the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002; and (b) a reference to a biological of a particular class is a reference to a biological of that class within the meaning of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990.
