2 Application

This Schedule applies to all price information directed to consumers of therapeutic goods that consist of, or contain, substances included in Schedules 3, 4 or 8 to the current Poisons Standard, but not included in Appendix H to that Standard. Price information may not be provided for Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme medicines supplied through alternative arrangements under section 100 of the National Health Act 1953, other than dispensing fees for buprenorphine hydrochloride and methadone hydrochloride.
