#### 9H Civil penalty for false statements in requests for variation of entries in Register A person contravenes this section if the person in or in connection with a request under section 9D for the variation of an entry in the Register in relation to therapeutic goods, makes a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular. Maximum civil penalty: (a) for an individual—5,000 penalty units; and (b) for a body corporate—50,000 penalty units.
