41AAAA Withdrawal of revocation of licence upon request

(1) If: (a) the Secretary revokes a licence because of the request of a person made under paragraph 41(1)(d); and (b) before the end of the period of 90 days beginning on the day the licence was revoked, the person requests, in writing, the Secretary to withdraw the revocation; and (c) the request is accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any); the Secretary may, by notice in writing given to the person, withdraw the revocation. (2) If the revocation is withdrawn, the revocation is taken never to have occurred.
