#### 32CA Exempt biologicals (1) The regulations may exempt specified persons from the operation of Division 4 in relation to specified biologicals. > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 13(3) of the Legislation Act 2003. (2) The regulations may exempt specified biologicals from the operation of Division 4. > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 13(3) of the Legislation Act 2003. (3) An exemption under this section may be subject to conditions that are prescribed in the regulations. > Note: There are criminal offences and a civil penalty related to the breach of a condition of an exemption: see sections 32CP and 32CQ. (5) If the regulations revoke an exemption, the revocation takes effect on the day specified in the regulations. The day must not be earlier than 28 days after the day on which the regulations revoking the exemption take effect.
