#### 31C Criminal offences for failing to give information or documents sought under section 31A, 31AA, 31B or 31BA (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is given a notice under section 31A, 31AA, 31B or 31BA; and (b) the person fails to comply with the notice. Penalty: 400 penalty units. (2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is given a notice under section 31A, 31AA, 31B or 31BA; and (b) the person fails to comply with the notice. Penalty: 100 penalty units. (3) An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
