#### 23A Classes of therapeutic goods (1) The Secretary may, by notifiable instrument, specify different classes of therapeutic goods for the purposes of section 23B. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), a class of therapeutic goods may be specified by reference to one or more of the matters referred to in paragraphs 16(1)(a) to (g) or 16(1A)(a) to (d).
