#### 26 26 The members of the Board of Management for the time being of the Body Corporate shall be charged and chargeable only for so much money as they and each of them respectively shall actually receive and shall not be answerable or accountable for the receipt by the others or other of them nor for joining in any receipt for the sake of conformity but each only for his own acts and defaults Provided that no Trustee or Member of the Board of Management shall be responsible for any loss which may arise from a failure to insure the buildings belonging to the Body Corporate or to keep any insurance on foot.
