#### 25 25 The Board of Management Trustees and other officers of the Body Corporate shall be indemnified and saved harmless out of the funds of the Body Corporate from and against all loss costs costs charges damages and expenses which may be incurred or sustained for or on account of the Body Corporate or in consequence of any act matter or thing which may be done in carrying into effect the objects and purposes of the Body Corporate or in or about any proceeding or arbitration to be brought commenced defended or entered into on account or by direction of the Board of Management or otherwise in or about the execution of their respective offices or trusts except such costs charges losses damages or expenses as shall happen by or through the wilful neglect of any member of such Board of Management or the Trustees or other officers respectively.
