#### 22 Securing of rights 22 Securing of rights > Nothing in this Act contained or that may be done under this Act shall be deemed prejudicially to affect or to deprive any person of any right whatsoever which he now has arising out of contract or tort and any such right which may at the time of passing of this Act have been enforceable against the Trustees of the unincorporated Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home in their capacity as such Trustees may be enforced in like manner against the Body Corporate.
