#### 2 Incorporation 2 Incorporation > From and after the passing of this Act the members of the Society shall be and they are hereby constituted a Body Corporate by the name of “The Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home” and by that name shall have perpetual succession and a Common Seal and may enter into contracts and sue and be sued and proceed and be proceeded against in all courts.
