5 Custody of common seal and quorum of Trustees
> The Trustees for the time being shall have the custody of the common seal of the said corporate body, and the form of such seal and all other matters relating thereto shall from time to time be determined at a meeting of the said corporate body, and three members for the time being of the said corporate body shall constitute a quorum.
