#### 3 Incorporation of Trustees: Power to hold real and personal property etc 3 Incorporation of Trustees: Power to hold real and personal property etc > The Trustees shall be a body corporate by the name of “The Salvation Army (New South Wales) Property Trust”, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall be capable of acquiring, holding, managing, controlling, and subject to this Act, granting, mortgaging, demising, selling, disposing of or otherwise dealing with any property, real and/or personal, and of suing and being sued by the aforesaid name and doing and suffering all such other acts and things as bodies corporate may by law do or suffer.
