43 Recovery of conditional grants
If: (a) a grant under a TCF scheme is paid to an entity; and (b) the grant is paid subject to a condition (whether a condition precedent or a condition subsequent); and (c) the condition is not fulfilled; the Commonwealth may recover from the entity the whole or a part of the grant.
