#### 34 TEQSA to notify provider of decision to impose, vary or revoke a condition (1) TEQSA must, within 30 days of making a decision under subsection 32(1), (2) or (3), notify the registered higher education provider, in writing, of: (a) the decision; and (b) the reasons for the decision; and (c) if the decision is to impose a condition—the period for which the condition is imposed. (2) Paragraph (1)(b) does not apply if: (a) the decision is made under subsection 32(3) in response to an application made by a registered higher education provider; and (b) the decision is in accordance with the application.
