24 Complying with conditions
A registered higher education provider must: (a) comply with the conditions imposed by sections 25 to 31 on the provider’s registration; and (b) comply with any conditions imposed under subsection 32(1) on the provider’s registration.
Note: The provider’s registration will be automatically cancelled if a winding‑up order is made in respect of the provider (see section 102).
