#### 58 Requirement to provide offender information to Attorney General 58 Requirement to provide offender information to Attorney General > > (1) The Attorney General may in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations, by order in writing served on a person, require that person to provide the Attorney General with offender information of a kind prescribed by the regulations that is in the person’s possession or under the person’s control. > > > (2) A person on whom an order has been duly served must comply with the order. > > > > Maximum penalty (subsection (2))— > > > > > (a) in the case of a corporation—100 penalty units, or > > > > > (b) in the case of an individual—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years (or both).
