77 No extension of investigative authorisation (1) An investigative authorisation cannot be extended. (2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court making another special powers authorisation for the same terrorist act, whether the authorisation is to start immediately after the end of the investigative authorisation or at a later time.
