27X False or misleading information in applications or reports (1) A police officer must not, in relation to an application for a covert search warrant or a report, give information to a Supreme Court Judge the officer knows is false or misleading in a material particular. 2 years. (2) This section applies to an application for a special warrant as well as an application for a covert search warrant made in person.
