27A Interpretation (1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears: adjoining place means a place that adjoins or provides access to a subject place. authorised police officer means a police officer: (a) mentioned in section 27B(1); or (b) authorised under section 27B(2). place means premises or a vehicle. special warrant means a warrant mentioned in section 27F. subject place, for a warrant or application for a warrant, means the place the subject of the warrant or application.
