19 Power to enter and search premises (1) A police officer may, without a warrant, enter and search premises if: (a) the police officer suspects on reasonable grounds that a person who is the target of an authorisation: (i) may be on the premises; or (ii) is an occupant of the premises; or (iii) is an owner, or is concerned in the management or control of the premises; or (b) the police officer suspects on reasonable grounds that a vehicle that is the target of an authorisation may be on the premises; or (c) the premises are in an area that is the target of an (2) A police officer may detain a person who is on premises entered under subsection (1) for as long as is reasonably necessary to conduct a search of the premises.
