4IFull disclosure to a Public Interest Monitor

4I Full disclosure to a Public Interest Monitor (1) The following persons must fully disclose to a Public Interest Monitor all matters of which they are aware that are adverse to the making of a police detention decision or the conduct of a periodic review— (a) the authorised police officer who made the police detention decision; (b) the nominated senior police officer in relation to a periodic review they conduct; (c) a police officer exercising powers or performing duties under Part 2AA. (2) An authorised police officer, a nominated senior police officer or a police officer exercising powers or performing duties under Part 2AA must not knowingly or recklessly fail to comply with subsection (1).
