21L Power to give directions to public entities (1) The Chief Commissioner may, for the purposes of facilitating the exercise of the special powers conferred by this Part, give a public entity (within the meaning of the **Public Administration Act 2004**) directions with respect to the exercise of the powers or functions of the agency.
