13Q Endorsement of order with date and time person taken into custody or detained As soon as practicable after a person is taken into custody or detained under a preventative detention order, the police officer who is detaining the person under the order must endorse on the order— S. 13Q(a) amended by No. 32/2018 s. 21. (a) the date on which, and time at which, the person is taken into custody or detained under the order; and (b) particulars of where the person is being detained. S. 13R inserted by No. 5/2006 s. 4.
