13A Object of Part The object of this Part is to allow a person to be taken into custody and detained for up to 14 days in order to— S. 13A(a) substituted by No. 32/2018 s. 41(1). (a) prevent a terrorist act that is capable of being carried out, and could occur, within the next 14 days; or (b) preserve evidence of, or relating to, a recent terrorist act. Note to s. 13A repealed by No. 32/2018 s. 41(2).
