40 Delegation by Corporation
(1) The Corporation may, by writing, delegate all or any of its powers or functions under this Act to: (a) the Chief Executive; or (b) a person employed under section 32. (2) However, a power or function under section 8F (declarations about cyclone events) may only be delegated to: (a) the Chief Executive; or (b) a person employed under section 32 in a senior executive position.
