24 Chief Executive
(1) There is to be a Chief Executive of the Corporation. (2) The Chief Executive is to be appointed in writing by the Corporation on a full‑time basis. (3) A member of the Corporation cannot be appointed as Chief Executive. (4) The appointment of a person as Chief Executive is not invalid merely because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
