12 Constitution of Corporation
(1) The Corporation consists of the following members: (a) a Chair; (b) at least 6, but not more than 8, other members. (2) The Corporation: (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and (b) must have a seal; and (c) may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and (d) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
