Division 5.2 Proceedings of council Section 51 page 44 Territory Records Act 2002 Effective: 09/03/26 R25 09/03/26 Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at www.legislation.act.gov.au (4) Any other member who also has a direct or indirect financial interest in the issue must not— (a) be present when the council is considering its decision under subsection (3); or (b) take part in making the decision. (5) Within 14 days after the end of each financial year, the chairperson of the council must give the Minister a statement of any disclosure of interest made under this section during the financial year.
