97A Person to comply with requirements of conservation officer etc. (1) A person must not: (a) refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of a conservation officer under section 96 or 97; (b) fail to answer a question put to him or her by a conservation officer; or (c) give an answer to a question put to him or her by a conservation officer that is false or misleading in a material particular. (2) In subsection (1), conservation officer includes an honorary conservation officer.
