95 Conservation officers have powers of constables In addition to any powers elsewhere conferred on a conservation officer by this Act, a conservation officer in carrying out his functions and duties under this Act, has all the powers and duties, and the same protection at law in relation to the exercise and performance of those powers and duties, as a member of the Police Force with the rank of constable under the Police Administration Act 1978.
