91 Officers and employees of Australia and government authorities (1) The Administrator may make arrangements with the Government of Australia for the performance of functions and the exercise of powers under this Act by officers or employees of Australia or of an authority of Australia. (2) The Minister may make arrangements with the Officer in Charge of a Department of the Public Service of the Territory or with an authority of the Territory, for the performance of functions and the exercise of powers under this Act by officers or employees of the Department or of the authority, as the case may be.
